📋 How to Get a Refund

• Provide your order number and reason for refund
• We'll confirm your refund request within 24 hours
• Return the item (if applicable) using our returns process
• Refund processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the return

Once we receive your returned items (or confirm your refund if no return is needed), we'll process your refund within 24-48 hours. The money should appear in your account within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank.

• Original shipping costs (if the item was faulty or we made a mistake)
• No restocking fees — ever
